Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). Asma will be able to exchange any sales purchased at Asma subject to the following conditions. Products can be exchanged within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange Process & Return Intimation

You can either call our Customer Care number 080 2663 3001 or Email us at customercare@asma.net.in within 2 days from the date of delivery. Exchanges are possible only at one of our stores.

We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.

1) The existing piece should be sent to our head office Kolkata from the customer’s end.

2) Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check we will see if the product is unused and unaltered.

3) After the product is verified, store credit will be given which can used against any future purchase.

Term & Conditions:

1) The Product for exchange or return should be fresh, unused with the tag and unaltered would be inspected by the team.

2) Exchanges are allowed with same or different products of same price or higher.

Product Disclaimer

Embroidery and Color

We regard the inherent qualities of our every product with utmost care and we ensure the quality but due to the nature of fabrics and the embroideries on our products, we do not guarantee the garment’s embroidery and any color bleeding therein

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide available with each product to select the size best suited to you. Due to the nature of different fabrics the given measurement can differ marginally.

Color Display

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Wash care

We request you to read the washing instructions carefully as stated on the tag of the merchandise and follow the same to avoid making any damages to it.

Transactional Disputes

Transactional Disputes if any would be subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction on account of the Cardholder/customer having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by them with their acquiring bank.
