Before Shipment:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@asma.net.in as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. -
After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot process cancellations. However, you can still return the item once you receive it, subject to our Return and Exchange Policy. -
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders that have already been dispatched or those containing customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are available under the following conditions:- You have canceled the order before it has been shipped.
- You return an item according to our Return and Exchange Policy (unused, undamaged, and within 7 days of delivery).
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refund Process:
- For cancellations before shipment, your refund will be processed immediately to the original payment method.
- For returns, once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Amount:
- The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping fees (if applicable), unless the refund is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong or defective product.
- If the item is returned after being used, washed, or damaged, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the refund altogether.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customercare@asma.net.in.
3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the cancellation or return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged items). -
Partial Cancellations:
If you have multiple items in your order and wish to cancel only one or a few, we will issue a refund for the canceled items. If the items are part of a bundled offer, the refund will be processed after evaluating the specific offer terms.
4. How to Cancel an Order or Request a Refund
To cancel an order or request a refund, follow these steps:

Contact us immediately at customercare@asma.net.in with your order details (order number, name, email, etc.). If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation. -
For Refund:
If you're requesting a refund after returning an item, please email us at customercare@asma.net.in with:- Your order number.
- Reason for return (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- Any supporting images (if applicable).
We will process your refund as soon as possible and send you an update.
5. Exceptions
- Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
- Sale or clearance items are typically non-refundable, except for defective products.
