You must be capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
3. Products, pricing & taxes
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy, but colours, measurements and availability may vary; see our Product Disclaimer.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs). A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways.
6. Shipping, returns & cancellation
These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — images, text, logos and designs — is the property of Asma and may not be copied or used without written permission.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Asma's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
ASMA processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Notice, applicable Indian law, and the Government of India’s notified commencement timeline for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
Where processing depends on consent, ASMA will seek consent for the stated purpose. Optional marketing, analytics, advertising or personalisation consent is not intended to be a condition for purchasing products or using unrelated core services. Consent may be withdrawn through the methods described in the Privacy Notice, subject to applicable law and processing required for orders, security, fraud prevention, statutory records or other lawful purposes.
ASMA may use service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, logistics partners, customer-support and communications providers, and IT or security providers where necessary to operate its business. Privacy rights and grievances can be submitted through the Data Rights Request page or to the Grievance Officer identified in the Privacy Notice. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a statutory privacy right that cannot lawfully be waived.
