Return and Exchange Policy
At Asma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a return and exchange policy to make things right. Please read the terms and conditions of our Return and Exchange Policy below:
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns: We accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

- Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless specified).
- Items with damaged or tampered packaging.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
The product must be in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and receipt.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at customercare@asma.net.in with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at customercare@asma.net.in to request a return authorization.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for domestic returns only).
- Ship the item back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), return shipping is free.
- For returns not related to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Exchange Process
- If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at customercare@asma.net.in with your order number and the details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- After your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Shipping Costs:
- If the exchange is due to a product defect or our mistake, the exchange shipping is free.
- If the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., choosing a different size or color), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the returned product does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
