    At Asma, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide an exchange option to ensure you receive the right product.

    1. Exchange Eligibility

    We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

    You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    You wish to exchange for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).

    Non-Exchangeable Items:

    Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless specified otherwise).

    Items with damaged or tampered packaging.

    Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.

    Gift cards and personal care items (if applicable).


    2. Conditions for Exchange

    The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and the purchase receipt.

    Exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage.

    To request an exchange, please email customercare@asma.net.in with your order number and the reason for exchange.


    3. Exchange Process

    1. Contact our customer service team via email at customercare@asma.net.in to request an exchange authorization.

    2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

    3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the exchange authorization.

    4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your exchange.

    Exchange Shipping Costs:

    If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, exchange shipping is free.

    If the exchange is for personal reasons (e.g., size or color change), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


    4. No Returns or Refunds

    Please note that returns and refunds are not available.
    We only offer product exchanges in accordance with the terms stated above.


    5. Defective or Damaged Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the item.
    We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost after verification.
