Cancellation Policy

Plans change — here's how order cancellations work at Asma.

1. Cancellation by you

You may cancel an order before dispatch, or within 24 hours of placing it, whichever is earlier. To cancel, email customercare@asma.net.in or call +91 80500 77460 with your order number.

2. Custom & made-to-order items

Custom-stitched, altered, made-to-order and bridal pieces cannot be cancelled once production or tailoring has begun, as they are created specifically for you.

3. Refund on cancellation

If you cancel in time and have already paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing/technical error, or if delivery is not serviceable. In such cases you will receive a full refund.
