Shipping Policy

We want your Asma order to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we dispatch and deliver across India.

1. Shipping charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid and COD orders within India.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Made-to-order, custom-stitched and bridal pieces may require additional time, communicated at the time of order.

3. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pin codes may take longer.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, we share a tracking link by email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your order.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible pin codes and order values. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery partner.

6. Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, strikes, courier issues or events beyond our control. We will keep you informed and do our best to resolve delays quickly.

7. International shipping

For deliveries outside India, please contact customercare@asma.net.in before ordering for availability and charges.
